If you are unable to access your subscription after updating your HuntStand app, please force close the app and then open the app again. To force close an app on your mobile device, follow the directions below depending on the type of device you use:
To force close an app on Android:
- Open the Settings app.
- Select "Apps" or "Apps & notifications".
- Choose the HuntStand app.
- Tap "Force stop" or "Stop" to close the app.
- Alternatively, on some phones, you can tap and hold the HuntStand app, select "App info", and then tap "Force stop".
To force close an app on iPhone:
- From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
- Swipe right or left to find the HuntStand app.
- Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
