If you would like to downgrade from HuntStand Pro Whitetail to HuntStand Pro, you will need to go through the same platform that you used to purchase HuntStand Pro in order to do so. This purchase would have been made on the HuntStand website or on the HuntStand app.
If you purchased your subscription on the HuntStand app, then it would have been processed through your Play Store account or Apple ID. The Play Store or App Store will use the payment method that is associated with your Play Store account or Apple ID account when processing the purchase. Follow the directions below based on the platform used to purchase your HuntStand Pro subscription. Google Play Store/Android
- Log in to the correct account on the HuntStand app.
- Tap Menu (3 dots on main screen) > Subscriptions.
- Tap the Choose button on the Pro square.
iOS App Store / iTunes

- Go to Settings on your mobile device.
- Be sure you're signed in to the correct Apple ID.
- Tap [your name} > Subscriptions > HuntStand > See All Plans > HuntStand Pro.
Purchase Made on the HuntStand Website
