When you upgrade from HuntStand Pro to HuntStand Pro Whitetail, you must upgrade your subscription using the same platform that you used to purchase HuntStand Pro. This would have been done on the HuntStand website or on the HuntStand app. If you purchased your subscription on the HuntStand app, then it would have been processed through your Play Store account or Apple ID. The Play Store or App Store will use the payment method that is associated with your Play Store account or Apple ID account when processing the purchase. Follow the directions below based on the platform used to purchase your HuntStand Pro subscription.
Purchased on the HuntStand App
Google Play Store/Android
- Open the HuntStand app on an Android device and be sure that you are logged in to the correct HuntStand account. Visit the SUBSCRIPTIONS screen to view your login email address and current subscription.
- Tap the UPGRADE button on the main screen of the app.
App Store/iOS
- Open the HuntStand app on an iOS device and be sure that you are logged in to the correct HuntStand account. Visit the SUBSCRIPTIONS screen to view your login email address and current subscription.
- Tap the UPGRADE button on the main screen of the app.
- Tap UPGRADE again.
- Tap UPGRADE beside the PRO WHITETAIL option.
- Confirm your purchase. The App Store will request that you double-tap to subscribe if you have that setting selected for purchases made via your Apple ID.
Purchased on the HuntStand Website
- Visit huntstand.com/buy.
- Log in to the correct HuntStand account on the LOGIN screen. Remember that your subscription will be associated only with this specific HuntStand account (login email address).
- You will be directed to the BUY HUNTSTAND PRO WHITETAIL page.
- Enter a DISCOUNT CODE if you have one and tap APPLY.
- Enter your PAYMENT METHOD details.
- Click SUBSCRIBE NOW.
