To access your HuntStand subscription on either the HuntStand app or the HuntStand website, please log in using the credentials associated with the HuntStand account you used during the subscription purchase. Follow the directions below based on where you made your subscription purchase:
Purchase Made on the HuntStand Website:
If you purchased your subscription on the HuntStand website, the receipt would have been emailed to the address registered with your HuntStand account. To access your subscription:
- Log in to the HuntStand app and HuntStand website using the credentials for that specific HuntStand account.
Purchase Made on the HuntStand App:
If you purchased your subscription on the HuntStand app, you would have received a receipt from Apple or Google at the email address associated with your Play Store Account or Apple ID, not your HuntStand account.
- Confirm the account used for your HuntStand subscription by checking the ABOUT screen in the HuntStand app: PROFILE > ABOUT. The listed email address is associated with your subscription.
- Log in to all platforms using the credentials for that specific account to access your subscription.
Additional Steps for iOS Subscriptions:
If you purchased your subscription on an iOS device and encounter issues accessing it:
- Ensure you are logged into the correct account on the HuntStand app: PROFILE > SUBSCRIPTIONS > RESTORE PURCHASES after confirming your account.
