All syncing is initiated on the app. While you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection (at least 3 out of 4 bars), tap the Current Hunt Area banner at the top of the screen to view a list of your hunt areas. Then tap the Sync button (the button looks like a circle with arrows) next to the name of the hunt area you'd like to sync. Watch this brief tutorial video to learn more about syncing.
If you are certain that you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection, and the sync fails, please submit a request and let us know if this issue occurs for all of your Hunt areas or a specific Hunt Area.
