All purchases made on the app are processed by the App Store or Play Store, not HuntStand. It is impossible for HuntStand to manage a subscription that was purchased on the app. Only the owner of the Apple ID or Play Store account used to make the purchase can do so. If you purchased your subscription on the HuntStand app installed on your Android device, then your subscription was processed and managed through the Play Store. In order to cancel the auto-renewal of this subscription, you will need to go through the Play Store website since you no longer have access to the Play Store app. Be sure to sign into the Play Store website using the login credentials for the Play Store account you originally purchased your subscription through. - On your mobile device or computer, visit Google Play Store > sign into Play Store account.
- Tap [Your Profile] > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > HuntStand > Cancel subscription.
