First, be sure you have given HuntStand permission to use your precise location. HuntStand uses GPS on your internal device. Visit the Settings app on your mobile device to update Location Settings for the HuntStand app. On an iOS device, please be sure you allow HuntStand to access your location 'Always' and have 'Precise Location' turned on. On an Android device, please be sure you have granted HuntStand the location permission of 'Allow all the time'.
If you continue to experience this issue after verifying you have granted HuntStand the correct location permissions, be sure you have the correct Battery settings. In order to do so, open Settings then go to Device Management or Device Care, then select the Battery option there should be a Power Mode. If the mode is Restricted, this could cause the GPS to shut off when the screen is locked or inactive. We recommend the Optimized or Unrestricted option.
