All purchases made on the app are processed by the App Store or Play Store, not HuntStand. It is impossible for HuntStand to manage a subscription that was purchased on the app. Only the owner of the Apple ID or Play Store account used to make the purchase can do so. If you purchased your subscription on the HuntStand app installed on your iPhone or iOS mobile device, then your subscription is processed and managed through the App Store. In order to cancel the auto-renewal of this subscription, you will need to go through iTunes to access your Apple ID. Be sure to sign into iTunes using the login credentials for the Apple ID you originally purchased your subscription through. Contact Apple Support if you need assistance with this process or have questions regarding the management of your subscription.
How to Access HuntStand Subscription on iTunes
- Open iTunes, click on the “Account” option from the menu bar.
- Next, select “View My Account” from the dropdown menu. You’ll only find this option if you’re logged in to iTunes. Otherwise, you’ll need to sign in from this same menu first.
- Now, you’ll be prompted to enter your Apple ID password for verification. Click on “Sign In” when you’re done.
- This will take you to your Apple ID account settings. Here, scroll down to the very bottom and you’ll find the Subscriptions section. Click on “Manage” located right next to it.
- Now, you’ll be able to see all your active and expired subscriptions. Click on “Edit” next to a subscription for more details.
- Here, you’ll have the option to change the subscription plan and even cancel the subscription if needed.
